Withdrawing Mail

You may withdraw lodged articles only with a valid reason. If you need to do so, contact the Customer Care Centre on 13 13 18.

 

The cost of withdrawal is $21.75 per article, plus:

  • The cost of any telephone calls
  • The cost of any electronic messages
  • Return postage

 

These prices are valid from 13 January 2003 and include GST.
