Delivery Address
Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.
If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.).

Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.).

Delivery times depend on a Parcel’s place of origin and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times:
