Delivery Address

Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel.  Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm.  If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.

If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

• Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.).
• Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.).
