Overview

Address Notification informs you when your customers change their addresses. This service is suitable for organisations with large mailing lists who frequently mail and want to keep track of their customers when they move.

Address Notification helps you to:

• Keep in touch with your customers (residental and business)
• Minimise customer loss
• Make it easy for you customers to contact you
• Reduce your return to sender mail.
• Improve your direct marketing response levels
• Minimise your addressing errors

How it works

After lodging their mail redirection from Australia Post, customers are:

• Forwarded an Address Notification Form at their new address. This form confirms their change of address, and gives them the opportunity to notofy other organisations through Australia Post. A reply paid envelope is supplied to encourage response; or
• Directed to our movingservices.com.au website to access the Address Notification Service online. Here they can nominate the organisations they would like Australia Post to notify on their behalf.

Your customers' new address details and membership/policy numbers (if required) are then passed on to you as regularly as you wish.

To become a subscriber you will need to:

• Contact your Australia Post Account Manager on 13 11 18 for charging details, contract specifications and Address Notification subsciber form.

What Australia Post will provide

Australia Post can provide data to you in a soft or hard copy format. The data will contain new address details and membership/policy numbers (if required).
