How does it work?

Change of Address data is collected through Redirection of Mail notices lodged at more than 4000 outlets across Australia. Customers indicate whether they want Australia Post to pass on new address details, in line with Privacy Legislation.

When you provide Australia Post with an electronic copy of your database, it is matched with redirection records.

An updated database, a report outlining the changes applied and your original database is returned to you. Confidentiality of your database is assured.
