Application for Reply Paid

To apply for the Reply Paid Service, customers need to complete a Reply Paid Service Application Form (pdf, 219kb). Effective 15 September 2008

The form is also available from, and can be lodged at, any Australia Post outlet.

Online Applications

As the application form creates the basis of a contract between customers and Australia Post, a physical signature is required. Therefore, Reply Paid Service Applications cannot be lodged through the internet.
