The Reply Paid address, delivery address, Reply Paid Barcode and contrast bars must be printed in black colour only. The example below is indicative only. For full details refer to the Reply Paid Service Guide (see link below).

Back of envelope/article

 

A 'no' print zone (Tag Zone) extends for 20 mm from the bottom of the reverse side of the article and is reserved for the use by Australia Post.

 

It must contain no printing. The Tag Zone applies to letters, postcards and cards.

 

Reply Paid Print Guidelines for Charities
 
Overview

 

All addressing and formatting requirements apply to pre-printed articles for charities. The only exception is the printing of material in the postage zone (the area that incorporates the contrast bars) and the delivery address zone.

All special inscriptions for charities require prior approval.
