What is Reply Paid International?
If you are promoting products or services and require responses from customers by mail, Reply Paid provides a prepaid postage for those responses. Essentially, postage for your customer is free, and you pay only for the responses you receive.
Reply Paid International is available worldwide for small letters up to 50g.

Reply Paid International specifications
A Reply Paid International article may be a postcard or an Air Mail letter envelope, subject to the dimensions shown in the table below, and artwork specifications.

Documentation
To apply for an International Reply Paid permit you need to complete and lodge an International Reply Paid Service Application Form (pdf 218.6kb).
Application forms are usually processed within 7 days of lodgement after which you are provided with a permit.
Each permit is valid for a single name and Australian address and has a unique number that must appear on each International Reply Paid article.
