Place your order. Simply provide your name and address details along with your payment. Pay by cash and/or EFTPOS (Cheque and Savings Accounts only). Financial institution fees and limits may apply.

Collect your order. When placing your order you are notified when to return for collection. If you ordered before 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time/Eastern Daylight Standard Time), your cheques and/or foreign currency will generally be ready for collection at the same Australia Post outlet after 4pm the next business day (if you are located outside an Australian metropolitan area it may take longer).

Encashing American Express Travellers Cheques
You can encash American Express Travellers Cheques at Australia Post. A fee of $7.70 (including GST) for a maximum of 10 cheques per transaction applies. A maximum payment value of Australian $1000 per person per day is applicable. Payment is subject to the availability of funds at the Postal outlet.
