Reloading and Deactivating your Cash Passport

Reloading your Cash Passport

1. 

To have additional funds loaded onto your Cash Passport immediately, simply complete a Cash Passport Application Form (select ‘Reload’ on the form), provide your card number(s) and payment^ at a participating Australia Post outlet.

 

2.

For other ways to reload your Cash Passport , visit www.cashpassport.com.au. Reloading online may take approximately two (2) business banking days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deactivating your Cash Passport (otherwise known as 'Cash Out')

Unused funds can be reclaimed when you return from your trip otherwise, hold onto your cards as they can be used on your next trip overseas. Your Cash Passport can be reused for up to three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

 

1. 

To deactivate your card, visit www.cashpassport.com.au or simply visit a participating Australia Post outlet and complete a Cash Passport Deactivation Form.

 

2.

An Australia Post staff member will process your request and will forward your form to Travelex.  Your deactivation form will be processed by Travelex and all funds (less any fees#) will be deposited into the bank account nominated on your deactivation form.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note, Australia Post does not provide cash out when deactivating a Cash Passport.
