Datablue® Address Validation Module (AVM) has been developed to easily protect businesses from address quality issues such as undeliverable mail, poor customer experiences, inaccurate business intelligence and unnecessary expense.

Featuring inbuilt productivity tools such as rapid address entry and integrated mail merge capabilities, Datablue AVM enables organisation to easily validate address information and generate compliant mail barcodes.

In addition to the benefits offered through address verification and mail barcoding, Datablue AVM offers the following unique benefits:

• Integrated mail merge capabilities allows users to output validated and barcoded address information to be printed directly onto labels, envelopes and documents.
• Multiple outputs enable different results files to be created for use in multiple “down stream” processes.
• A diverse range of output file formats can be selected that best suit the user’s requirement. Visually unappealing inputs such as delimited text or database files can be processed and output in easy to view and use formats such as MS Excel.
• Server based processing of jobs ensures user workstations are free to perform other activities. 
• AVM innovatively stores process configuration and reports within an internal database so you never lose your configurations or reports and can quickly retrieve and execute them when needed.
