Proof of Posting
To obtain Proof of Posting:

Complete the customer receipt with the addressee details and delivery address as per the front of the satchel.

Affix the “sender to keep” barcode tab to the receipt in the space provided.

Present the customer receipt at the counter to be postmarked when you lodge the satchel.
Note: Retain the receipt for your records.
Pricing
At $18.50 per satchel, new Express Post 5kg satchels can be purchased individually via cash, credit card or on your Australia Post charge account. As with all Express Post prepaid products, bulk discounts apply when you purchase a pack of ten or more.

The Express Post 5kg satchel is a PayPal approved “proof of shipment” option when the customer receipt is completed and postmarked.
PayPal Seller Protection protects eligible sellers against buyer claims, credit card and debit card chargebacks, and reversals due to unauthorised payments or buyers who claim they haven’t received the items they purchased.
To be eligible for Seller Protection, a seller must follow the terms & conditions including selling on an eBay site, accepting payment to your Australian PayPal account and posting the item via an Approved Postage Method to the address specified by the buyer on the site’s Transaction Details page.
