Geospend Direct entered the market in 1992 with a customer profiling system built specifically for Australian businesses. Australia Post quickly recognised the potential of the fledgling organisation to help facilitate more effective direct marketing strategy and became a 50% shareholder.
In 1997, Geospend launched the Australian Lifestyle Survey . The resulting Selecta database is now one of the most comprehensive lifestyle databases in the country. Today Geospend Direct focuses on providing consumer list rental and customer profiling services to direct marketers across Australia.
