Selecta List Rental rates are determined by base rental plus
each additional selection criteria (eg age, income, occupation)
used to compile your targeted list. Base rental consists of name
and address. Additional charges apply for telephone numbers (for
use in telemarketing and SMS) and e-mail addresses (for e-mail
marketing).
Base costs start at $300 (GST exclusive) per thousand records
with a minimum charge of $1,500 (GST exclusive) per order including
production and set-up. |



| Lifestyle lists consistently out-perform other types of Direct
Marketing (DM) acquisition lists. This is because all information
is collected voluntarily with the understanding it will be used
to target individuals with offers relevant to them. Another reason
is the depth of information collected. With our lifestyle survey,
we collect up to 200 pieces of information on each survey respondent.
Campaign response rates vary significantly and are dependent
on a number of factors – from the creative used, the delivery
channel, the timing, the offer and, of course, the list. As
a rule of thumb, a response rate of around 1% to an acquisition
campaign is the industry standard. Selecta data usually achieves
2% to 4% response rates but has experienced response rates which
are significantly higher. |

For telemarketing data, 90% of the telephone numbers provided
via our last 3 surveys and 75% provided via earlier surveys
will be deliverable. Anything less than these delivery outcomes,
we will refund the difference!
We also refund list rental costs for all undeliverable (hard
bounce back) emails.
