 Safe Drop Parcel Delivery

Safe Drop Parcel Delivery allows our delivery drivers to leave a parcel that doesn't require a signature, in a safe location if the addressee is not at home.

 Parcel Transfer

A fee applies when parcels are requested to be transferred to another post office after an initial delivery attempt has been made.  The current fee is $5.50 for each parcel that is transferred, and is payable at the time of collection of the parcel/s.  For alternative delivery options and further details, contact the Australia Post Customer Contact Centre on
