Overview

To hold your mail or redirect to another address, a Request form can be lodged at any postal outlet.

You can nominate temporary or permanent redirection, and you can even ask Australia Post to notify some organisations of your new address.

Notification to Organisations

Finding the time to notify the businesses you deal with of your change of address can be a real headache. Thankfully, Australia Post can help out. We can act on your behalf and forward your new address details to the businesses you deal with, saving you time and giving you peace of mind!

Once you’ve lodged your Application to Redirect Mail, we will mail you our Address Notification form. To use this service, simply tick the companies that apply to you, return to Australia Post and let us do the rest, free of charge.
