Women now represent 37 per cent of Post’s workforce. In particular, the number of women in executive positions rose significantly, from 23 to 32. Australia Post also continues its strong commitment to indigenous employment, with 531 indigenous employees (505 previously). A comprehensive review of Post’s Harassment Policy and Information framework will see us remain a leader among Australian organisations in preventing and dealing with workplace harassment.
