Post's leadership and succession management strategy has three areas of focus. These are identifying, evaluating and maximising peoples' potential. Now in its third year, the achievements of our Succession Management Program are largely due to the ongoing support and sponsorship from Post's managing director and board. Post has implemented targeted accelerated leadership development programs for 470 managers from middle management and the executive team, expected to exceed 600 after balance date. By integrating recruitment and selection into the process there is a balanced ratio of internal and external appointments.
