The Board
Led by a non-executive chairman, the board is composed of one executive director and eight non-executive directors who set the corporation's objectives, strategies and policies.
The Managing Director
The managing director, a board member, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the corporation.
Executive Committee
This is the peak body of senior managers. It advises the managing director on operational matters, and is responsible for the design of the strategies and policies set at board level. See Executive Committee members.
