  • transforming Messenger Post into a national courier service;

  • launch of a Database Consultancy Service to provide major customers with specialist database and direct marketing advice;

  • progressing Internet-based procurement with our suppliers; and

  • delivering more financial services to customers through Post’s mix of Internet-based, telephone-based and over-the-counter channels.
