Post’s redesigned website received the thumbs up from 75 per cent of users surveyed. Monthly “visit” numbers to auspost.com.au reached a 135,000 peak (100,000 previously). The most popular website pages were the Post Office locator (details of the nearest Post outlet), the Postage Assessment Calculator, Post Billpay and the Postcode Search.
