Mindful of the fact that relocating or closing a PostShop has an immediate effect on the local community, we have a formal process of consultation for responding to our customers’ concerns. The process involves communicating the reasons for the changes, consulting with local stakeholders, and gathering and analysing community feedback before implementing change.

Similarly, when it is necessary to remove or relocate a street posting box, we first place an advisory notice in the local newspaper and consult with businesses in the area and the local Federal Member of Parliament.
