Each year Australia Post commissions an independent research company to conduct a corporate image monitor. A random sample of approximately 2,400 businesses and 1,500 residential customers around Australia was interviewed at intervals throughout the year (200 and 125 per month) to measure customer satisfaction and gain insight into customer perceptions of our image and brand. We also conduct annual research interviews with our major business customers and small business customers. This research allows us to analyse both decreases and increases in customer satisfaction levels, to identify problems and assist in future planning.
