Delivery Confirmation

The delivery confirmation service provides senders with a card signed by the recipient of the article.

The card is signed at the time of delivery, and sent back, normally by Air Mail. The service fee is $3.20 per article confirmed.

Delivery confirmation is available in conjunction with:

• Insured items
• Registered Post International items
• Articles over 2kg by Air Mail or Sea Mail to some countries

Documentation

To take advantage of this service, the sender must complete an International Delivery Confirmation card, which Australia Post despatches with the article.

Lodgement

Sender must lodge all International Delivery Confirmation articles at the counter, and complete their address details on the card supplied by Australia Post.
