(4) OTHER THAN LOCAL DELIVERY

(a) Subject to subparagraph (b), (c), (d) and (e), where lodged for other than local delivery the rate, per article, in Table 11.

(b) “Same State” is the delivery of a Print Post article within the State or Territory in which it is lodged and includes a carriage between Coolangatta and NSW, Tweed Heads and QLD, Tweed Heads South and QLD, Albury and VIC, Lavington and VIC, and Wodonga and NSW.

(c) For the purpose of determining the rate in Table 11 -

(i) a Print Post article addressed to Norfolk Island shall be deemed to have been addressed to a place in NSW; or

(ii) a Print Post article lodged in, or addressed to, a place listed in Column A below shall be deemed to have been lodged in, or addressed to, a place in Column B.

Articles that do not comply with correct addressing conditions as specified in the Print Post Service Guide published by Australia Post from time to time, are subject to applicable prices detailed in Tables 9, 10, 11 plus a surcharge per item in Table 11A.

(6) AIR MAIL SURCHARGE

(a) The amounts indicated in Table 13 for each kilogram, or part thereof, in the mass of the lodgment, according to the zones (the postcodes of which are specified in Table 12) representing the places between which carriage is required, are to be added to the charges in sub-item (4).

(b) The air mail service for Print Post articles is restricted to articles lodged under sub-item (4).
