Once set up, you'll receive your invoice by email as a PDF attachment, so you'll always have a copy.

How to set up email billing

1. Email the Billing & Invoice Support Team at billing@auspost.com.au.

2. In your email, include these details:

  • Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
  • Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
  • The account number(s) that you want to set up with email billing.
  • The email address to receive invoice and billing related correspondence.
