Once set up, you'll receive your invoice by email as a PDF attachment, so you'll always have a copy.
How to set up email billing
1. Email the Billing & Invoice Support Team at billing@auspost.com.au.
2. In your email, include these details:
- Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
- Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
- The account number(s) that you want to set up with email billing.
- The email address to receive invoice and billing related correspondence.
