You can update details for your account, including:

  • Email address for invoice and billing related correspondence.
  • Mailing address for physical mail correspondence.
  • Who's authorised to make account enquiries (known as an authorised account contact).

How to update account contact details

1. Email the Billing & Invoice Support Team at billing@auspost.com.au.

2. In your email, include these details:

  • Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
  • Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
  • The account contact detail(s) that you'd like updated.
